The Incisal Edge "Hygienist of the Year" is a program aimed at recognizing innovative and passionate hygienists in the dental industry.

Who can enter

We are looking for the top hygienists in the country. You may nominate more than one professional. Please complete a separate form for each nomination. Hygienists are welcome to self-nominate and should feel free to nominate a colleague or peer.

What happens next?

Nominees will be judged by the Incisal Edge advisory board.

Deadline:

To nominate a hygeinist, simply complete this form. Submissions must be completed before 11:59 p.m. EST on January 31, 2023 Entries will not be accepted after that date. Please remember a submission form must be completed to enter, not just entry form. The submission form with gather important information and a current headshot of nominee.
