The Home Builders Association of West Virginia's Best of West Virginia Building Awards recognizes the very best in construction across the state and bordering areas. There are categories for residential and commercial new construction and remodeling, developments, specialty projects and energy efficiency.

Projects must be located in West Virginia or adjoining counties of bordering states.

Projects must be completed between January 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024.

NEW THIS YEAR - Associates may enter the Specialty and Remodel Categories!

Entries for residential development must still be active and not have previously won the state award.  Entrants must be members of the HBAWV.

Winners are announced at the HBA WV Convention and on hbawv.org . Winning entries enjoy a number of benefits including using the awards in their marketing and advertising, recognition from peers in the industry and a plaque featuring their winning entry(s).
