Complete the following form to nominate a rising woman in tech for Built In’s 2023 Moxie Awards. Please provide explanatory answers but limit your responses according to the maximum word count provided. Deadline to submit is Friday, March 31 at 11:59 pm EDT.

“Moxie" is defined as a combination of courage, determination, energy, and know-how. When it comes to recognizing the outsized contributions of women in tech across the U.S., we know that these are the qualities that drive them — and the qualities worth celebrating.

Built In's Moxie Awards recognize rising women in tech. Rather than honoring C-suite or VP level leaders, we're celebrating women who are likely to ascend to the pinnacle of their careers in tech — and who are already on their way. This may include people with titles like director, individual contributor, manager — or any role with room to rise.

Eligibility Criteria:

Nominee may not hold a C-suite or VP level position. Eligible nominees will hold an individual contributor, manager, or director-level position.
Nominee must be employed full-time by a company and work in the United States. Nominations for freelancers, contractors or those employed by an agency or consultancy will not be considered.
Nominee must work in the tech industry full-time. They can either hold a traditional tech (engineering, product development, programming, etc.) or tech-adjacent role (marketing, UX, design, sales, etc.)
Nominee may not be a previous Moxie Award winner. Built In Moxie Award winners hold this honor for the entirety of their career. Every year, our goal is to highlight a new group of women who are at the apex of their career in tech, therefore repeat winners will not be allowed.
