The CAGBC Awards is a national competition that recognizes CAGBC Corporate Members and their employees who have contributed to the advancement of green building in Canada. These national awards are presented at CAGBC's annual green building conference, Building Lasting Change, and are divided into two categories:
1) The Green Building Excellence Awards recognize Canada's most effecient, effective and impactful buildings.
2) The Green Building Leadership Awards recognize individuals, organizations or teams that have contributed to the success of Canada's green building industry.
The Andy Kesteloo Memorial Student Project Award is named in memory of Andy Kesteloo, a visionary green building advocate who shared his commitment to sustainability with humour, insight, and passion. The award is open to either a current undergraduate or graduate student or student who has completed their project within two calendar years of the Award submission deadline.
