Back for its seventh year, The CX Awards are the ultimate accolade in CX to benchmark and recognise CX excellence and innovation in the region. Entering The CX Awards is the perfect way to reflect on all your hard work in championing the customer experience, and celebrating the incredible initatives and innovation happening in the sector across the region.

An a fast-paced industry, evolving in line with the needs and expectations of our customers, there is so much to celebrate.

Over the years, we've seen businesses such as Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, HotDoc, The NRMA, nib, Hyundai and Transport for NSW pick up the accolade - now it could be your turn.

Early entries close at 5pm on Friday 4th October. We'll then be accepting late entries until 5pm Wednesday 30th October.

To begin your entry, click the green 'SUBMIT AN ENTRY' button at the top right of this screen. To see the specific criteria and submission form for the category you wish to apply for, please first select that category from the drop down menu and the relevant criteria will appear.

Please note, the 'HINTS' for each of the questions containing information such as word limit etc are above the text box for that question.

Once you have submitted your entries, you will be sent an invoice for the total amount via email, taking any multi-entry discounts into consideration.
