About the Unity Mark

The UNITY Mark Award is a global recognition honouring individuals, enterprises, media companies, and non-profit organisations that develop initiatives, campaigns, and projects that foster hope and peace. This year, under the theme "Hopes for Peace" we celebrate those whose work inspires reconciliation, builds bridges across divides, and strengthens the foundation for lasting unity.

This prestigious award acknowledges exceptional efforts in promoting understanding, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and fostering collaboration across cultures and communities. Through this initiative, we amplify the voices of changemakers working to create a more peaceful, inclusive, and hopeful world.

Background

At Nuova Global Foundation, we believe in responsible and value-driven communication that serves the common good rather than being purely commercially motivated. We seek to recognise and connect those whose work builds understanding, unity, and reconciliation through media, business, and social initiatives.

True to this mission, all fees and revenues collected from the award will be reinvested into supporting media organisations, journalistic projects, and peace-driven initiatives that contribute to a more humane and inclusive global society.

Purpose

Inspired by the Catholic Church’s theme, Pilgrims of Hope, the UNITY Mark Award 2025 celebrates those who have developed initiatives, campaigns, or projects that ignite hope, promote peace, and bridge divides in their communities and beyond.

This award honours individuals and organisations that actively nurture reconciliation, encourage meaningful dialogue, and cultivate a culture of peace through their work—whether through business initiatives, digital or print media, cultural programs, technological innovations, or grassroots movements.

By amplifying the contributions of these changemakers, the UNITY Mark strengthens a global network of leaders dedicated to shaping a future built on hope, unity, and mutual respect.
